Warranty Void Notice
The 36-month comprehensive parts and labor warranty is instantly voided if the system is damaged by the installation of a reverse osmosis (RO) system. For approved filtration hardware, please consult our standard bottled water coolers catalog to ensure full warranty compliance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is a reverse osmosis filter compatible with this unit?
No. Installing a reverse osmosis system on the AquaPulse cooler can cause internal damage and is explicitly prohibited under the terms of the 36-month manufacturer warranty.
Are the water tanks made of plastic or metal?
Both the 3.6-liter cold tank and the 1.8-liter hot tank are manufactured from highly durable, food-grade Type 304 stainless steel.
Do I need to buy a water bottle separately?
Yes. The base AquaPulse cooler does not include a water bottle. It is built to accommodate all standard commercial water bottles, which must be sourced separately.
