CONSTRUCTION

Constructed of TIG welded T304 grade stainless steel, the ARM A3 Downpipe is designed to fit perfectly, and last the lifetime of your Audi A3.  The ARM A3 Downpipe is comprised of 3 sections: an upper section, midpipe section, and adapter.  Each section of the ARM A3 8V Downpipe is joined by precision machined v-band connections.  These v-band connections allow for a secure and leak-free joint between all sections of the ARM A3 Downpipe. 

The laser-cut mounting bracket and CNC machined mounting prongs make for a precise fitment to your stock downpipe mounting points.  

The ARM A3 Downpipe kit comes with a reducer to connect to any exhaust system that fits the stock slip joint.   It also comes with a straight 3" section to connect to catback systems that support a 3" transition between the downpipe and catback section. 

The ARM A3 Downpipe incorporates a stainless steel flex section between the turbo and mid-pipe mounting point.  The addition of this flex section reduces tension on turbocharger caused from torsion during hard acceleration, cornering, and braking.
