Engineered for accuracy, durability, and operator safety, this wide belt sander features photo-electric belt tracking for consistent alignment and pneumatic belt tensioning for reliable performance. A 2-1/2" removable platen and dual height adjustment indicators allow for precision control, while the conveyor table rides on four heavy-duty 3/4" acme-threaded jackscrews for maximum stability. The feeding system includes two rubber-covered pinch rollers, a 4-1/4" OD rubber-covered contact roller with a 1-3/8" drive bearing, and two machined idler rollers with 3/4" bearings to ensure smooth, even material handling. Five strategically placed emergency stops enhance safety, while the 6" internal dust chute helps maintain a clean work environment. A powerful 3/4 HP conveyor motor drives consistent feed rates, ensuring efficiency and professional results in every pass.

When returning product, please include the invoice number or customer number and refer to the back of the invoice for shipping instructions. If purchased at a Woodcraft Store, please return the item directly to the store where your purchase was made.
