"From unleashed dragons, samurais and Katana blades, to symbolic koi fish representing an ancient legend, these cards are made to be used, but designed to capture the imagination."
The Limited Edition Turning Japanese Playing Cards contains 60 premium casino-quality playing cards featuring illustrations inspired by Japanese art and culture, including an ancient legend about a group of koi fish swimming upstream... The ancient legend goes on to say that through determination and perseverance, a single koi fish from the group was able to swim upstream to reach the top of a waterfall against all odds, overcoming demons that laughed and mocked at the koi's efforts, and who had also heightened the waterfall out of malice. After reaching the top of the waterfall, the gods, who had witnessed the koi's efforts, turned the koi fish into a golden dragon, the image of power and strength. This deck draws its inspiration from this legend and from illustrator Marine Loup and her Turning Japanese art collection. It is designed to inspire and encourage people to never give up on their goals in life. It also demonstrates that through perseverance and determination, anything is possible.
Deck Specifications:
Each deck contains a complete set of 52 playing cards plus 2 Jokers, 1 double backer card, and 4 signature illustration cards (from world famous artist Marine Loup's Turning Japanese art collection). It also has 1 legend of the koi fish card that includes the ancient legend of the koi fish printed on one side, and Marine Loup's signature black koi fish illustration printed on the other side next to the words 'Perseverance' and 'Determination.' This reflects the symbolic meaning behind the deck's design and the ancient legend of the koi fish.
The Turning Japanese Playing Cards was a limited print run of just 1000 decks, with one random deck containing a gold gilded edge legend of the koi card with golden highlights.
Each deck includes a numbered box seal with an illustration of koi fish swimming in a circle, depicting a yin yang symbol (each seal has 1/1000 printed on it).
Card backings for this deck have been designed to create a Japanese fan from flowers being held inside a dragon's mouth when you fan the cards from left to right.
These decks have been designed and produced to meet the needs of a broad range of card enthusiasts, from the collector to the professional, and are made from a very professional 310gsm casino paper cardstock from France. They have added air pockets that offer better handling and durability that is perfect for card games and/or card magic use.

Get this if you draw, write, play touch games
Model: iPad Pro 11,iPad Air 5th/4th
The quality of the screen protector is great, easy to put on without the video. i love how it really feels like writing on paper with my pen especially drawing. I will definitely be buying more for myself, mother and siblings. It’s a good fit for my iPad Air 4th gen and a bang for the buck

Good but Installation was a Bit Iffy
Model: iPad A16 11th/10th/Air 11
90% of the time I use my iPad for school. Originally, I used just a regular screen protector, but it would get dirty with smudges and imprints from my Apple Pencil, and there would be a lot of glare since I'm in a classroom most of the time, which would make it awkward to see what I was writing at times. Plus, the screen protector was too smooth so it would actually be difficult to write legibly.
This product makes it a lot easier to write smoother on the iPad. I only just installed it, so I can't say much on the smear protection yet, but I can already see the reduction in glare as well. For $8, getting a pack of two of these with an install kit is a very nice deal imo.
My only issue was the installation process, which could've been as much my own fault tbh, but I felt like I aligned the screen protector pretty well with the sticker, however the first time I tried installing it it was way off the center (maybe my case got in the way?). The biggest issue was using the squeegee to pop air bubbles, and this is something they don't mention in neither their instruction guide nor video, but you're supposed to used the velvet red side, not the naked white side: using the white side actually takes the grit off the protector, which is obviously something you don't want on a product that relies on it. Thankfully I have another one in reserve in case this one wears off sooner than expected.

Perfect Paperlike substitute
Model: iPad Air/Pro 13
I’ve been using this screen for roughly two months now and I can say it was so worth it, it is rough on plastic nibs! I am going to order some heavier duty ones and see how it fairs! It works just fine ON TOP of a screen protector isn’t that great!
I wanted something like paper like but didn’t want to pay that expensive price for something I wasn’t sure I was going to like. This one does the trick and gives me just enough resistance to feel more in control of my pen!
It fits well just make sure to know the size if your screen I had to modify where the camera indent was but it cut just fine and looks great!

Wow! So cheap and really high quality!
Model: iPad Air/Pro 13
Very nice texture, affordable, durable, easy to mount. No longer get tons of grease marks from my hands, the glare is reduced, it fits the screen perfectly, there’s no tint to the color so it doesn’t distort the image. Great product for a great price.

Feels like paper and makes writing fun!
Model: iPad A16 11th/10th/Air 11
I was hesitant to start using my iPad for class because I HATED how my Apple Pencil sounded hitting the screen while I was writing.
This product has completely changed my mind and now I use it almost daily! I love the feel of this screen and it has lasted all semester long. It was a little tricky getting the screen on just right, and I had to use both because the first time I had a bunch of air bubbles, but the second time was perfect! I think you would probably want to get a new screen every year to ensure it still has that paper-like feel, but I think that’s totally reasonable!
