Due to the width of the speed cushion, buses, fire engines, and similar vehicles can drive across the ramps without passengers being jostled. This makes them excellent for use along bus routes and trunk routes where cars and vans need calming yet buses still use the area frequently, as is often the case in larger housing developments.

Available in either a black with white hazard markings or red with white hazard markings, these kits are easy to install by any competent person.
