Ingredients in a daily dose: 1 capsule
Spurred rockwort (Lithothamnium calcareum) (extract) 250 mg
Chicken cartilage (powder) UC-II® 1170 mg

Ingredients (other): Extract (inorganic fraction) from red sea algae (DER 1.4: 1); chicken cartilage powdered in a low-temperature process; capsule material: cellulose; subst. filling: microcrystalline cellulose; subst. stabilizing: potassium chloride; subst. anti-caking: stearic acid, amorphous silica.
No allergens or ingredients were used in the production process: yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans and tree nuts. Manufactured in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility that processes ingredients of other products containing these allergens.
How to use: Take 1 capsule a day before bedtime, on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to eat a balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Great napkins

I keep ordering these BOUNTY PAPER NAPKINS because their versatility, durability foldability appearance and size; these are all great attributes of these napkins. I don't use them for bathroom use but on occasion I do put water on a couple of them to cool my face off which is awesome because they don't tear with that much water as I put on them. The only thing I would suggest for BOUNTY to change is the roughness and thickness of the napkins. They're a little rough not so rough to where I can't stand them but if they were just a little bit softer, not much just a tad bit. Maybe also a little bit thicker. Besides that they're awesome and worth the money

These Amazon brand paper towels are great! They are the multi tear size, which is perfect for different uses. The price is good and they clean windows and glass wonderfully. Softness is so so, but if you don’t have an issue with that, then these are a great buy! I definitely recommend!
