Oxford'da AB merkezinde dekan, bölüm başkanı, müdür, CEO gibi yöneticilere mesleki gelişim çerçevesinde liderlik hocalığı ve İzmir Amerikan Lisesi'nde öğretmenlik yaptı. İzmir Deniz Koleji'ni kurdu ve 25 yıl yönetti.

Türkiye'nin tek geniş çaplı teknoloji üniversitesi olan İzmir Yüksek Teknoloji Enstitüsü'nde ve İzmir Ekonomi Üniversitesi'nde 'Vizyoner Liderlik ve Etkin Yöneticilik' konusunda, Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi'nde Sınıf Yönetimi konusunda hoca olarak yıllarca çalıştı.

Yurt içi ve yurt dışı çeşitli kuruluşlarda ve televizyon kanallarında seminerler vermekte, danışmanlık yapmakta, dört gazetede köşe yazıları yazmaktadır.
