Dry heat: insert the pad into the cloth cover. Plug the power cord into any 120 volt ac electrical outlet. Scroll the controller to desired settings. Place the pad on the area to be treated. Turn pad off and unplug power cord when finished. Moist heat: insert the pad into the cloth cover without the sponge. Saturate sponge with warm water and wring out any excess. Place the sponge on the heating pad inside the cloth cover. Plug into any 120 volt ac electrical outlet. Set controller to desired settings. Turn pad off and unplug power cord when finished. Be sure to read complete operating instructions enclosed.
