Adults shake well before use. Measure 2 tablespoons 30ml and dilute with about an equal amount of hot water. Take twice daily, preferably 30 minutes before eating in the morning and before bedtime. Pro essence adults take 1 capsule twice daily once in the morning and once in the evening with a glass of warm water. Floralax II adults take 1 tablespoon 5g 3 times daily. For each dose, mix well with at least 250 ml liquid and drink immediately.

Good value for a $55 boot.

I like these boots because I have a wide foot and even though I bought the 12 and NOT the 12W there is plenty of width. Very comfortable boot. I have put this pair through about 1000 miles mostly on asphalt, ice and snow. Very little actual dirt/ rocky trails. I bought them for the waterproofness and ankle support. Now the soles are getting thin and I can feel small rocks through the soles. Plus the soles are beginning to separate from the uppers and they are no longer waterproof. Not bad for 1000 miles. Still, I feel For a $55 boot they are a good value. I am 6ft and weigh 250.

Worth Every Penny!

I absolutely love these boots! They are super light, comfortable and definitely waterproof. I took them on a camping trip for the weekend and I walked through creeks and puddles with no issues at all. No water got inside and they were comfortable all weekend. The only thing was the tongue did start to bother me a bit after the 3rd day. I have some pretty boney shins but a small cloth between my shins and the tongue helped a lot.
