This box includes the same benefits as in Water Works & Milk Magic but doing both! This will provide great variety for your gut and your lifestyle.  We don't always want to sip on creamy tangy milk in the late afternoon - (last thing before bed is amazing tho'). But a sparkling drink you've created yourself? Perfect. 

Also done with very little work - no looking after the SCOBY (as it grows and grows), no every 48 hours change over - looking for the ingredients, and worrying about going away, or missing a day. None of that. Let us do that - and you do the fun part.  The flavouring and fizzing. Just pop your fresh or dried fruit, herbs or syrups into a clean 1 ltire jar or bottle, add what you have and sit it on your bench for a further 24-48 hours and watch it get fizzy. Refrigerate and enjoy. 

And the milk?  Enjoy the milk kefir as is - or - to multiply it - empty your milk kefir pouch into a clean jar or bottle - and add up to 500mls of milk and ferment it further for 24 -48 hours. For those with lactose intolerances - the longer the better. The milk kefir consumes the lactose and is perfect for helping build tolerance.
