Questo whisky è invecchiato per un minimo di 12 anni in botti di rovere spagnolo usate per lo sherry, selezionate con attenzione. Note degustative: Colore ambrato scuro. Al naso, spiccano note di frutta secca, spezie dolci e vaniglia. In bocca è pieno, con sapori di frutta, legno speziato e noce moscata. Il finale è lungo e persistente.
