This Shah Saloor Bokhara, also know as a Turkoman rug, warms up a room with its ruby red hue field and the pleasing symmetry of its three intricately detailed guls and borders. Hand-knotted in pure wool by weavers in the Himalayan foothills, it embodies the traditional aesthetic found in carpets from the Caucus region._x000D__x000D_This piece derives its name from the "Salor" tribe which was once the wealthiest and most prestigious of the Turkoman tribes. They occupied the oasis land surrounding Merv from the late 17th century until driven from their homeland by the Tekke tribe in 1856. By 1870, tribal wars had and disputes had dispersed the Salor population, and many Salors were absorbed into Sariq and Tekke tribes. The Salor "gul" is octagonal with spiked projections pointing both inward and outward from its rim. A smaller octagon appears at the center of the gul. The secondary "guls" used in Salor rugs resemble the major guls of the Tekke and Sariq tribes. The Salor tribe used the finest-quality wool and their weaving technique was the best of all the Turkoman tribes. This current piece uses a wool so soft that it emits a sheen and feels like silk at the touch. In fact, many times customers ask us if its material is silk.

Materials & Craftsmanship:

This diligently hand-knotted area rug is made of 100% pure lamb’s wool. Wool is a natural material, representing a healthy choice that is environmentally friendly with a long list of benefits. The pile of this wool rug is hygienic and non-allergenic, as the natural pile also deters the growth of bacteria and dust mites. It represents a great choice for asthma sufferers due to its natural filtering ability. The rug feels soft under the foot while remaining wear-resistant and long-lasting. With proper maintenance tailored to its needs, this rug can last over 75 years. Homeowners benefit from an extra grip which is important for balance, good posture, and accident prevention. Moreover, wool rugs are flame resistant. Cleaning is also easier due to a protective layer that pushes dirt up and resists staining. In fact, it will trap dirt and dust until it is vacuumed. A wool rug is also a great option for adding the look and feel of luxury to any space, as wool in itself is a luxurious material.

The dyes used to produce this carpet are eco-friendly vegetable dyes that enrich the yarn with a natural and vibrant luster. Vegetable dyes are also referred to as natural dyes and are superior to "synthetic" dyes. In contrast to rugs woven with synthetic colors, this carpet will last for generations due to the high-quality materials and the skilled craftsmanship invested in it, bringing warmth and elegance to almost any space.

Excellent Pee Pad Holder for Indoor Dog Training
This pee pad holder is very practical and works great for indoor potty training. The non-slip silicone material stays firmly in place and doesn’t slide around on the floor. The raised edges do an excellent job preventing leaks and protecting my floors. The magnetic clips hold the pad securely, even when my dog moves around a lot. Overall, it’s well made, easy to clean, and makes puppy training much less messy.

Best choice
This pee pad holder has been a lifesaver for indoor puppy training. The 24" x 24" size fits standard pads perfectly, and the non-slip silicone keeps everything in place. The raised, leak-proof edge gives great floor protection, while the four magnetic clips securely hold pads without tearing. It’s easy to clean, durable, and looks neat at home. A practical, well-designed tray that makes potty training cleaner, easier, and far less stressful. Highly recommended for apartment owners and busy pet parents.

My dog decided it was a toy & dragged it everywhere.
It probably would work great if my Maltipoo puppy couldn’t flip it around like a toy. Nice concept, just didn’t work for my dog.
