That means you lock in your ratio once and stop guessing. Tap a CoffeeSense bag on the NFC reader and the machine pulls up recommended grind and extraction settings on the touchscreen. Set your milk temp, drop the wand in the pitcher, hit play, and the temperature probe handles the rest.
