Our Landmark Series is a nod to classic winemaking traditions -sprinkled with Misty’s distinctive edge. Handcrafted in small batches from our Fareham Lane vineyard, this Rosé captures the very essence of the land it hails from.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir, clones 777 and 10/5, the fruit from our Fareham Lane vineyard was hand-harvested at peak ripeness to ensure optimal flavour. The free run juice was fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures using our selected rosé yeast to accentuate fruit purity.

Food Pairing: Enjoy it with a charcuterie board of cured meats, soft cheeses, and fresh fruit. Neapolitan pizza is a perfect fit, too, with the wine’s acidity balancing the richness of the cheese. For something lighter, try freshly shucked oysters with a squeeze of lemon or crisp bruschetta topped with cherry tomatoes and olive oil—both make great matches.
