It also helps maintain stable brake performance for a extended period of time. _x000D_ The surface of the heat treated brake discs has a burnt colour. Once it is used, the burnt surface will be removed by the pad, and changes back to the colour of normal cast iron. Please be aware that the effect of the heat treatment of the disc will not disappear even if the surface colour changes. _x000D_ our processing of the rotor is, we have shipped in the above package. i put 2 on the front of my 24" ariens snowthrower and it actually was to much !!! using one now and PLENTY of light !!! i have lots of dewalt batteries and i bought a adapter that allows me to put a battery in and has switch and fuse , wired to light and used one of my old 2AH batteries and it lasted 2.5 hours no problem , non stop . my newer batteries are 6 and 8 AH and last up to 8 hours before recharge . LOVE these LIGHTS !!! installing one on ladder rack on rear of truck . you know how many times that will be used on a late evening or early start so i can see to load or unload .

Good bang for the buck.

I have bought 10 of these now. I put them on my work trailer and use them for reverse lights.
They are cheap, easy to install, and they work very well. Now and then, I break one; they are exposed on my trailer and stuff happens, and these are so cheap it's not a big deal to replace them.

used for a snowblower light upgrade

I replaced the halogen bulb that came with my snowblower with these bad boys. Talk about a night and day difference! I was able to use two existing holes on the top of the blower and the included brackets to mount them. I also had to get a rectifier that converted the AC 24V to the 12V DC these expect. Used some scrap conduit, wire loom, and some project boxes to bring the whole thing together.
Now the light is a lot brighter, and it's not half-blocked by the chute. Big improvement!
You can find plenty of howtos and parts lists on youtube to do the same.

use care when starting the bolts.

Had these for awhile before I got around to installing them or should say attempted to install these. Mounting the bracket was challenging with supplied bolts. The predrilled holes in the mounting block were very poorly threaded. It was almost impossible to get the bolts started without cross threading. The finished product was acceptable. I have other Nilight products and never experienced a single issue.

Best lights you can get for the best pricing!

I have had man different off road lights over the years for many different vehicles. Let me tell you about these 5” aux beams. I ordered these lights to go on my 2500 as ditch lights and I am beyond impressed! The lights showed up well packaged. When opening the box, the instructions where right on top and by far one if the easiest sets of instructions I’ve had for wiring diagrams. The lights were packaged and wrapped in foam all the way around to protect them from shipping. The wrapping of the lenses for scratch prevention was perfect. The included wiring harness was packed in a bag and laid out very easily for installation. The harness hooked to the battery and then to the lights with easy quick connects and had more than enough length to put the lights anywhere. Once they were mounted and installed I hooked them up to my aux beams switch panel with ease.
Now for the lights! The brightness is beyond bright enough to see miles away! These lights will shine anything you could ever want to see. The spot flood combo work exceptionally well for all situations and darkness. The side shooter stretch them beam out to the sites and can see all the way across. The running lights tie in very easy with your turn signals for extra turn lights or running lights. Heavy duty is an understatement for the quality of these lights. I’m still running them after several months with no water intrusion and still as bright as the day I installed them. The price for what you get, is far beyond better than other top brands! I will be buying more of these for my next off roading set up!
