Silicon (From silicon dioxide) ... 50 mg
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) ... 6 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, concentrate apple juice, xanthan gum, citric acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, natural flavor. Contains no dairy, wheat, gluten, yeast or corn.

Land Art developed Silica gel from 100% pure silicon retrieved from diatoms (fossilized plant cells found on the ocean floors). Prepared as a colloidal emulsion (suspended in a gel composed of water and natural gum), it is very bioavailable. Orange oil is added for flavour enhancement. Land art does not use any chemical substance or solvent in the extracting process of its silica, preferring water as its unique vehicle.
Directions: Adult: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) per day.

Favorite Socks Ever

I absolutely love these socks, they compress in the middle which is my favorite thing about them! Keeps them from slipping off my feet and also adds support, love love love how they feel and how long they last! This is my second pack that I’ve purchased, I had the multi colored ones before and they’ve lasted me two years before finally starting to wear out and fade and get holes. Definitely going to be routinely buying these every year. Good to wear with my work out shoes...winter boots, Nike sandals, and my everyday adidas sneakers. These are so worth it!
