Directions for Use:
Day Tah3lets:
Take 1 day tablet twice daily (morning and afternoon).
Night Tah3lets:
Take 1 night tablet before bedtime.
Each DAY TABLET contains herbal extracts equivalent to:

| Zingiber officinale fresh rhizome, fresh (ginger) | 1.5g |
| Zinc amino acid chelate | 30mg (equivalent to zinc 6mg) |
Each NIGHT TABLET contains herbal extracts equivalent to:

| Mentha haplocalyx lead, dry (wild mint) | 3g |
| Melissa officinalis leaf, dry (lemon balm) | 1.5g |
| Zingiber officinale fresh rhizome, fresh (ginger) | 1.5g |
