How to Join

Once you have subscribed, you will receive an email with a code to sync our inventory using SyncLogic. Please note that SyncLogic is not required to participate in our drop ship program.
Membership Details
• Your membership will automatically renew every 30 days
• Monthly cost: $24.99/month
• You may cancel at any time
• Memberships are non-refundable and not prorated
• Sync access is disconnected the same day service is canceled
⚠️ Important: Discount codes are not valid for the drop ship program. Orders placed using a discount code will not ship. Thank you for your understanding.
Preorders (Drop Ship Program Only)
• Standard preorders: 6–8 weeks from date of purchase (unless otherwise noted)
• Custom products: approximately 10 weeks
• Neoprene products: approximately 12 weeks
If multiple preorder items are purchased together, all items will ship once everything has arrived.
Preorders are not for everyone. If your group requires strict delivery deadlines, we highly recommend ordering from our Ready to Ship collection only and avoiding preorder items.
Shipping Addresses
Julia Rose is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. This is an automated system, and shipping labels are generated exactly as submitted. Please double-check all information before placing an order.
