Matahiwi Reserve Selection Pinot Noir is a delightfully fresh young Pinot. Fragrant and bright, the inviting bouquet shows dark plum, blueberry, raspberry and floral characters with a subtle spicy complexity. The palate is fruit driven and rounded, with a strong berry richness and intensity supporting a silky texture and fine tannins. Perfect for drinking now, or over the next four years.

The fruit for this wine was sourced from Matahiwi's vineyard in Wairarapa. The vineyard is planted in several different clones which gives a varied fruit resource to work with. The low yields are complimented by close canopy management and thinning to ensure even ripening.

The grapes are harvested in different batches and kept separate in the winery before being destemmed into open top fermenters. After approximately twenty days on skins the wine is pressed off before malolactic fermentation begins. Blending trials were completed before the final blend was made.

Food Pairing: Pair with sesame salmon and Pinot Noir reduction or thyme and garlic French goat racks.

Pretty funny
Format: Hardcover
The book gives us a more focused outlook on Chieg Wiggum. Full of its funny moments, I`d recomend this to huge Simpsons fans as it seems the shows writers managed to give us another hit.

Not the best, but not the worst either
Format: Hardcover
By any means not the funniest book in the series, only the one on Krusty the Clown was more un-funny; but still a worthy addition to your collection and, just like all the others from the series providing a retrospective of anecdotes you might have forgotten.

Not that great
Huge "The Simpsons" fan. I watched all the episodes and read a lot of the comics and enjoy most. This one however was quite boring. Turns out I'm just not a big fan of Chief Wiggum. I really enjoyed The "Homer" and "Bart" book. But not this one. Maybe if you love Wiggum you'll love it. If you're not too fond of him then I wouldn't buy it.

Good for my collection.
Format: Hardcover
This was another quick and entertaining read. This instalment wasn't as enjoyable as some of the other books but it was still good. I'm glad to have it in my collection.
