Original Item – Only One Available. This is the officially issued everyday wear medal of the legendary PMC Wagner “Platinum Star” Hero Award, created for holders of the company’s highest honor, the Hero title, first introduced in May 2022.
Awarded solely for exceptional courage, combat heroism, and operational achievements, the Hero title and its Platinum Star were reserved for commanders and distinguished fighters. According to official statements in 2023, only 26 individuals in total have ever received this title, with several of them posthumously.
Each awardee was presented with two medals:

A ceremonial star for presentation occasions made from platinum

An everyday wear star for daily use in the field made from stainless-steel
This means that only 26 original everyday wear medals exist worldwide, making them as rare and prestigious as the platinum ceremonial version.
Despite being made of stainless steel, the everyday issue was manufactured by the same maker as the platinum version, identical in design and bearing the inscription “Герой” (Hero) on the reverse. This piece shows authentic signs of wear, consistent with its intended use as a combatant’s daily medal, adding to its character and historical significance.
A truly scarce and prestigious collectible, only a handful of everyday wear medals exist worldwide, making it one of the most difficult Wagner decorations to obtain on the open market.
