He is also the god of transition. The transition of going through the inner conflict that is to go through a new path, through the uncertainty of the future and the changes.

Fun fact: As for the Romans he was the god who ensured good beginnings and endings, he was consecrated in the first month of the year, January, and was publicly invoked on the first day of January, a month derived from his name.
It passed from Latin Ianuarius to Janeiro, then to Janero and from there it derived to January or in Spanish: Enero.
