I did have a scare last time I used because mower stopped on fully charged batteries and I discovered the safety key came loose and was able to put back in and finish. Well built, packaged, and easy to assemble. Bought for a smaller lawn and does the job in a few passes. The raising and lowering handle is much more convenient then moving wheels up and down like similar models which makes adjusting height super quick. Has plenty of power to mow an average lawn. Can't speak about huge weeds or small plants if you let your yard get away from you. The power switch is very light to operate so hopefully it lasts. So far I am happy with it's purchase. The only reason I'm giving it a 1 star deduction is pulling it backwards it seems to get caught near the grass catcher which requires you pull up on the handle lifting the back wheels if you need to go backwards more than a few inches. Not sure if this happens when you raise it to full height. Will revisit if things get better or worse.
