The Multi-Press integrates an abbreviated half rack platform with vertically adjustable press arms, built with our patented internally welded cross bolt technology. This ensures unbeatable durability and function. With the adjustable press arms, users can perform a wide range of multi-angle bench-based pressing exercises, as well as popular ground-based movements like deadlifts, shrugs, Viking presses, squat presses, and shoulder presses.
When it’s time for free weight barbell exercises, simply move the counterweighted press arms out of the way, lock in the included J-hooks and optional spotter attachments, and you’re ready to go. The Multi-Press seamlessly combines two of the most popular strength training modalities into one compact, stand-alone unit.
