As with any product if you experience irritation or discomfort, discontinue use and consult a doctor. The individual tubes inside are sealed for your protection.
Suggested use: Massage 1 to 2 single use packets (each packet is the equivalent of 1/4 teaspoon) into skin twice daily for 21 days each month. Discontinue use for seven days and repeat. Individual needs may vary.
Recommended: Rub a dime-size dollop of cream (about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon) into your skin. Try your wrists, arms thighs, tummy- whatever you like. Do that twice a day for 21 days, then rest for the next seven, and you're on your way to natural peri/menopausal balance. Or if you are looking for help with PMS balance, use 14 days on 14 days off.

Small, below-average hide and seek-toy

This toy is not as large nor as well-made as the 6 other hide and seek-toys our dog has. The small size of the skull makes the dog disinterested in it. For the size, the price should be half what it is.

Such a great product. Really works well on chapped, dry hands during winter or to maintain healthy skin in other conditions. There really isn't a scent, it smells kind of plastic-y but that's fine with me when the results are so good. Hard to find in my area, so happy Amazon carries this brand.
