In April 2022, AURORA discovered a love letter to Earth, written by indigenous activists from Brazil. The letter was a plea for mankind to "heal the land", "reforest our minds" and celebrate our connection to Mother Nature. The profound impression this letter left on AURORA became the inspiration for her fourth studio album, What Happened to the Heart?
