Gold colour in the glass. The nose is fruity with notes of exotic fruits and citrus. In the mouth, we can find aromas of white flowers and pastries. The finish shows nice liveliness.

Upon reception of harvests, thanks to our pneumatic presses, we carry out slow pressing. Only first presses of our highest quality batches are selected for the final blend. We achieve a malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

The second fermentation, which takes place inside the bottle, is generated by the addition of yeasts and sugar. The wines are then aged on their lees between 12 and 18 months.

Food Pairing: All types of dishes such as pear, parmesan, candied pecan rocket salad, or some delicious grilled meat with mac & cheese, or evem strawberry shortcake.

Lovely, Cozy Scarf

I've had a reliable Pringle wool scarf for many years, and it's still a great one. But in recent years, I'm more sensitive to the cold, and wanted a longer, thicker scarf. The "extra long" designation in the product description is accurate. I'm 5'10" and I can wrap this scarf securely around my neck, and then have enough material to drape over my chest and almost down to my waist. The scarf is also wide, so I fold it in half before wrapping it around my neck, and beneath a jacket it provides an excellent underlayer. The material is not itchy at all, even on long, vigorous walks. The style is simple, with just a hint of an edging. I really like this scarf and highly recommend it.
