Premium nozzles from PrimaCreator

The PrimaCreator premium nozzles are a range of replacement nozzles that can make a bigger difference in print quality than you might think. A high-quality nozzle is like a sharp pencil – it is essential for a great print.

High Quality

All PrimaCreator nozzles are made from high-quality brass or steel (depending on the type) and manufactured in a modern factory. Each nozzle is produced with a tolerance of less than ± 0.01 mm. This ensures that your filament has a very smooth and clear surface when extruded, which naturally leads to better print results.

Manufacturing Process

  • After this process, the material undergoes an ultrasonic cleaning bath and is then cleaned again and protected against surface oxidation.
  • The nozzle is now shaped with millimeter precision, with a tolerance of less than ± 0.01 mm.
  • The process of removing sharp edges from the nozzles is a very important step, as it constitutes a large part of the result. Too many sharp edges can cause the nozzle to clog more easily. Therefore, it is crucial that the nozzle is very smooth and clean before use. In each batch, some nozzles are selected and cut in half to ensure that every specification is met and the surface is in perfect condition.
  • The nozzles are then checked one last time and individually packed in a protective box – ready to be shipped to you.
  • 0 = 0.20 mm
  • 3 = 0.40 mm
  • 4 = 0.60 mm
  • 5 = 0.80 mm

Recommendations

For the best results and optimal print quality, we strongly recommend realigning your build plate after switching to a new nozzle. Please note that a PrimaCreator nozzle may be compatible with your printer, but the distance between the nozzle and the build plate needs to be adjusted.

The manufacturing process

  • The process of manufacturing a PrimaCreator nozzle begins with a selected high-quality material. When the material arrives at the factory, an initial visual inspection is conducted on the material to be used for each batch of nozzles. Then the material is clamped, meaning it is processed into a long rod. In our process, this happens only once; in many other (cheaper) cases, this process must be repeated 3-4 times, and yet the same results are not achieved.

Amazing review but falls short in comprehensiveness
Format: Paperback
Felt lost while going into Ortho Sub-Is, but this book was a great quick review before going into them. It served well to give context to the field, but definitely not enough for a thorough review for sub-Is. If you are not in medical school, this book might be more apt for you. Overall, love the cartoon and definitely helped me some questions right on intense pimp sessions.

Med school orthopedics (basic orthopedics) presented in an easy to understand format.
Format: Paperback
This book is well written and easy to follow. I'm a fan of this publishers "Clinical Pathology Made Ridiculously Simple," and I found this book to be similar in presentation. This is a good book for Medical and PA students during their orthopedic didactic curriculum, and as a review before an orthopedic rotation, but it's a little too basic to be the only book you read during your orthopedic clerkship (for clerkship, I recommend also reading Case Files Orthopaedic Surgery). This is a good book to review orthopedic concepts for board exams. It's also a good book for primary care residents and primary care mid-level providers who want to brush up on ortho.

Multiple Myeloma
Format: Paperback
In the next edition please include a section on the dreaded bone cancer called multiple myeloma. Too many Orthopedic people, including physical therapists, often misdiagnose MM and blame it on arthritis.
