A vibrant watermelon hue in the glass, this Pinot Rosé displays aromas of crushed summer berries and rock melon, leading to a concentrated palate of pomegranate and strawberry with hints of rhubarb and pink grapefruit. Finely balanced with soft phenolics and deliciously dry, this vibrant and fresh 100% Pinot Noir Rosé has a wonderfully long, crisp and persistent finish.

Early harvested fruit from Nelson vineyard is machine picked in batches and transported to the winery in Marlborough – just over three hours away. This long transit period allows the colour and flavour found in the grape skins to be ever-so-gently released into the juice before arriving at the winery. Once at the winery the grapes are quickly drained and pressed into a stainless steel tanks for settling and fermentation. The ferments are carried out with selected yeast strains and at cool temperatures (around 13°C), allowing the wines to retain their freshness and vitality. Once fermented, blending decisions are made with the resulting wine having the perfect balance of fruit weight and complexity. After blending the wine is settled before being stabilised and filtered - without the need for fining, ready for bottling in mid-July.

This Pinot Noir Rosé is entirely sourced from the stunning Whenua Matua vineyard located in the Nelson region of New Zealand. The 2019/2020 growing season started with a dry but windy and cool spring leading to an even flowering and fruit set. A wet December led to a very warm and dry summer with the night temperatures generally cooler than average, helping to retain balancing acidity in the ripening grapes. Harvest conditions in March were near perfect, with the first batch of Pinot Noir grown specifically for their Rosé harvested on 13th March.

Food Pairing: Perfect on it's own, or enjoy with grilled white fish dishes and summer salads.

Read it to ok for 9 year old
Format: Kindle
I heard about this series and wanted to see if it would be up her alley. I downloaded this book to read before bed and now it's the middle of the night. I ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the book. I'm a woman in my 40's and it was a great read for me! I know my daughter will really enjoy it. She struggles with her vocabulary so I've been selecting and pre-reading books and gathering words I know she will be challenged by. Then I make those her spelling words for the week and use the words in sentences 100k times until she knows them. Doing that has really improved her reading experience and helps her flow through the book easier and enjoy it far more. Great book.

USS Indy 500
Format: Kindle
Very good book. Super interesting and great articulation for a young reader. Very captivating and very inspiring. I’ve read escaped prison island aswell (check it out) and Scott peters and Ellie Crowe are really good authors! Definite read and I love how they tied in ww2 to something you would have never associated a shark story with. Learned a lot thx.

Freedom isnt free
Format: Kindle
This is an unbelievable story. Of course I had known of the USS Indianapolis and the shark attack, but never had I actually listened to a first hand account. How terrified these men had to have been. Its beyond comprehension really. The sacrifice, bravery and fortitude humbles me. Thank you to all who serve.

Best way to explore Paris
Format: Paperback
This book is awesome! I enjoyed reading it just as much as my kids did! I love the layout and the way that the book assigns the kids to be secret agents, but defers to the case officers (parents) for the final say. We were in Paris for 1 week and although the weather was less than cooperative, we were able to capture our 100 points and award our 4yo and 7yo their secret agent certificates. I love the fact that you can work on this book in any order and do as little or as much as you want at each attraction. The price was awesome and worth every penny. My 7yo particularly enjoyed the challenges at the Musee D'Orsay and the Louvre and it was a great way to keep those visits focused and entertaining for the kids. My 4yo was a little young to stay engaged with every "mission", but the activities were easy enough that she could help (ex. finding a winter scene in the Musee D'Orsay). I loved that this book engaged the kids but didn't detract from any of our visits (we didn't feel like we had to go "out of our way" to find anything). The only disappointment was that they didn't include Versailles and Sainte Chappelle. I have not only recommended this book to all my of friends traveling to Paris (honestly with or without kids), but I have also already purchased the similar books for London, New York, and Washington DC. Can't wait to see what other cities they add!
