This small little connector set plugs inline with your engine harness at the transmission to disable the skip shift feature of your transmission. The skip shift is the annoying 1 to 4 shift that forces the shifter to move into 4th gear instead of 2nd when shifting at slow speeds. This stops the shifter from moving on it's own.
