We’ve had a lot of folks asking about using the space for practice, small group events, and private sessions—and we’ve been flirting with the idea, so here it is. Let’s experiment.

For a limited time, you can take over Filthy Studios as your private dungeon—your space to train, play, or shoot however you see fit. Bondage furniture, suspension points, full discretion—it’s all yours.

🔹 First-time renters must arrive 15 minutes early for a quick orientation.
🔹 A studio manager will be on-site (but not in your scene)—they’re just there to keep things running.
🔹 No extra time for late arrivals, so plan accordingly.
