Recommended Dose: Adults take 1 capsule twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.
Recommended Use: Helps to reduce the risk of antibiotic-associated diarrhea.
Caution: Do not use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, severe abdominal pain, or if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Terrible pillows

These pillows might be fine if you need them for a decorative sham, but definitely NOT to sleep on. They are super lumpy and soft, days after taking them out of package. It seems like there are just bunches of cotton strips in a row that are hard to fluff. They are also dark in some areas, so it looks like the pillow is stained, when in fact it's whatever material the stuffing is. I can't return them because they won't fit back in the box. Super disappointing.

However, there is quite a difference between the manufacturer's and my idea of "medium firmness". I found this pillow much softer than I had anticipated.
I'll have to go for firmer for my next purchase.
