The Smoked Cocktail Set is designed specifically for cocktails, so you can achieve ideal smoke infusion without wasting smoke. 

This kit allows you to create the perfect environment for imparting smoke flavor with the least amount of effort or fuss.

Since our Smoked Cocktail Set is purpose-built, it’s more efficient than DIY alternatives, but each component fits right into your home bar kit.

Included in this kit:

• 1 Glass smoking stand
• 1 Glass infuser carafe
• 1 silicone stopper
• 20 smoking pellets

How does it work? 

1. Place glass stand on a stable flat surface. 
2. Place wood pellet in glass stand.
3. Light pellet. For new pellets, let burn for 30 seconds.
4. Blow out pellet and quickly place carafe upside down on top of the glass stand to collect smoke.
5. Collect smoke for ~1 minute. Lift carafe off of glass stand and then use the silicone stopper to trap smoke.
6. Prepare cocktail ingredients separately.
7. Once cocktail ingredients are ready, remove silicone stopper and pour your cocktail into the carafe. 
8. Place the silicone stopper back onto the carafe and swirl carafe for 30 seconds to 1 minute to infuse the liquid with smoke. Swirl longer for a smokier infusion.
9. Remove silicone stopper and pour your cocktail into your favorite glass and enjoy!
