Power meets lightness

Weighing only 146 g and offering over 70 N of extrusion force, the Revo Roto provides one of the best power-to-weight ratios on the market. Thanks to the three-stage gearbox – consisting of a planetary gear, a spur gear, and a dual-hob output – power is optimally transmitted. Even at maximum material flow, control is maintained – without filament grinding, even under extreme demands.

Maintenance? Made easy.

The Roto was designed with accessibility in mind: three screws are enough to remove the heatsink and filament path – the main housing remains firmly mounted. The new filament tension system has also been revised: with just one hand movement, the tension can be released or set to optimal tightness – ideal for cold pulls or quick filament changes between print jobs.

Thermal design – uncompromisingly thought through

The highlight: the 3D-printed metal heatsink – manufactured using the SLM process. This unique component not only offers a visually impressive look but also maximum thermal efficiency. Heat is deliberately separated from the hot zone, airflow is guided rather than disturbed – the result: perfect cooling, even during long and heat-intensive printing processes.
