Furmily’s ultrasonic teeth cleaning is a gentle, safe dental care service that involves direct access to your dog’s mouth. Using high-frequency sound waves, this treatment helps remove plaque, improve breath, and support long-term oral health. While many dogs benefit from this method, results, effectiveness, and suitability can vary depending on individual oral conditions. As such, Furmily cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

If your dog shows signs of stress or discomfort during the session, or if we notice any condition that could cause pain or risk, the procedure will be stopped immediately. We will then inform you and discuss the most appropriate next steps.

In some cases, we may recommend that your pet's teeth be checked by a licensed veterinarian before beginning sessions with us. If there is significant tartar build-up or suspected periodontal disease, a professional veterinary dental procedure may be required first, followed by regular ultrasonic maintenance with us.

Please note that Furmily is not a veterinary practice and does not provide diagnoses or medical treatment. Any observations or concerns identified during sessions will be referred to your veterinarian. Furmily is not liable for any dental or health issues that occur before, during, or after the ultrasonic treatment.
