Child-friendly design for small hands: the 10 cm / 4 inch blade, made from high-quality WÜSTHOF steel, with a grinding angle of 32°, is optimised for children – sharp enough to glide through fruit and vegetables, but not as sharp as an adult knife. A rounded tip and a handle that extends downwards protect little fingers, while the guard at the end of the ergonomic handle (made from a sustainable natural fibre composite) ensures a steady hold, so that the knife doesn’t slip.
