The dual height Patrick Adjustable Speed Hurdles are great for developing your speed, agility and quickness. Speed hurdles can be used to practice running technique, jumping technique, help with training lateral movement and coordination.

Made from tough, high grade polypropene to withstand prolonged outdoor use, the adjustable speed hurdles are the perfect piece of training equipment to add to your kit.

Bright highly visible colours and the curved design means the hurdles will always topple forwards keeping athletes safe.

The dual height design allows you to mix and match speed hurdle heights without having to have two sets of hurdles at the same time.

Only reason they are getting a 4 star instead of 5 is because I would much rather have the cushion inside sewn in instead of it being like an insert but that is what I find to be most common with these type of shoes.
