The EPA and DHA in krill oil is primarily bound to phospholipids, which may increase their bioavailability in comparison with certain forms of fish oil supplements, due to improved intestinal transport. Krill naturally contains astaxanthin, which is the carotenoid antioxidant responsible for its red pigmentation.
Supplementation of 1g of krill oil ( providing 200 mg of EPA and DHA) for 12 weekds better maintained overall health when compared to a placebo in a randomixed trial involving 267 adults with borderline to high triglyceride levels. Recent research indicates that the unique combination of omega-3 fatty acids, phospholipids, and astaxanthin in krill oil is good alternative to fish oil.
Recommended Dosage: (Adults) Take 2 capsules daily with a meal or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Caution: Consult your health care practitioner prior to use, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.

Grinder Set of 3
I really like these I use one for rainbow peppercorns and one for black peppercorns. The third one I am using for some coarse pink salt I accidently purchased instead of fine, once the coarse salt is used up, I plan to use it for white peppercorns. They work great, look good and are the perfect size for everyday use.

Poor Quality
I wouldn't gift these... they seem to start having grinding issues after a few days of use. It feels like the grinding piece is binding / going to break when turning the top. Would not purchase again, and look for more durable item.
