Wash hands and cleanse the wound or skin site as per protocol. Peel off the backing and apply the sticky side to the skin. Smooth it out to remove air bubbles and ensure full contact.

This shirt is so great. The color is absolutely stunning and vibrant! The material is so soft and comfortable. I use it as a casual work shirt with capri leggings, and stay comfortable all day. It definitely runs a bit large. I am short so it hangs very long but I like my shirts that way for work. I am usually somewhere between a small and a medium and I like a loose fit so I got a Medium. This was almost too big for me to wear, but I am making it work. I plan to buy this shirt in multiple colors and will get a small next time. For reference, I am 5"2', 126lbs, bra size 34 C.
