| Remarks | RS _x000D_ The heat treatment does not directly improve brake performance. The heat treatment increases the disc resistance against strains and thermal cracking. It also helps maintain stable brake performance for a extended period of time. _x000D_ The surface of the heat treated brake discs has a burnt colour. Once it is used, the burnt surface will be removed by the pad, and changes back to the colour of normal cast iron. Please be aware that the effect of the heat treatment of the disc will not disappear even if the surface colour changes. _x000D_ our processing of the rotor is, we have shipped in the above package. Were shipped in the package other than the above-mentioned "secondary processed products (slit, heat treatment, dimples, etc.)" will be our warranty. _x000D_ rotor is an image. 1999 BMW 528i Fit and works like Original BMW-Pleasantly Surprised
1999 BMW 528i M52TU Engine. Pleasantly surprised and impressed. Everything fit as it should. Yes, one connector pipe took a bit more pressure to get it to "click" and lock, but it did click and lock..and better tight to insure no vacuum leak. Definitely works well and stopped the vacuum leak that old system had. Would recommend especially since price point might lead one to think that quality is not that good, but I'm glad I didn't spend any more on something else. Highly recommend.

Test fit to make sure it connects
When I revived it I thought it had looked a little too small until I compared it, I test fitted it and at first I thought it was a tad bit bigger but realized the more I pushed it in the more it went very tight fit and my car is running healthy. Installation is a pain but go to YouTube and search the “” the 50’s kid”” Who has two methods to getting them on, I went the intake removal route to replace additional parts.
