Suggestions
Swallow 1 caplet with your first bite of dairy foods. If necessary, you may swallow 2 caplets at one time. If you continue to eat foods containing dairy after 30-45 minutes, we recommend taking another caplet. Store at or below 77F.

Great value and quality, runs slightly small.
This is a great deal and fit perfectly! My kid is more of a size 10 but I ordered size 12. It's only slightly big in the waist but the pants have elastic adjusters so we were able to make it work. It's great quality! We ordered yellow for a school play but I plan to order other colors because my kid feels like a million bucks in his new suit.
