Installation & Safety Guidelines
Lubrication During Assembly:
Use WD-40 or a very light machine oil for piston installation this is very important to obtain piston ring sealing. Low tension oil control rings.
Do not use synthetic or high-viscosity oils – may cause temporary oil consumption during run in or assembly. After 1000km no problem.
Pre-Start Procedure:
Leave spark plug out after assembly
Turn engine over with starter motor in 10-second intervals
Repeat multiple times while monitoring starter motor temperature
Disassembly & Torque:
Follow Honda Genuine Workshop Manual for all disassembly, assembly, and torque specifications
Incorrect torque may cause engine damage or reduced reliability
Professional Installation Required:
Kit intended for licensed, experienced motorcycle mechanics only
SSS Motorcycles accepts no liability for damage caused by improper installation, lubrication, or mechanical inexperience or damage from poor fuel quality or over heating.
6 months warranty available if installation is preformed by SSS MOTORCYCLES.
