Every once in a while, an evening comes along that goes well beyond a tasting. On Thursday, April 23rd, Vina Enoteca is honored to host Stephen Leroux, CEO of Charles Heidsieck, for an intimate Champagne Masterclass in Palo Alto.
Stephen leads one of Champagne's most celebrated and storied houses — a Maison with roots going back to 1851 and a reputation built on cellar depth, complexity, and unwavering craft. This is a rare opportunity to spend an evening learning directly from the person who shapes the vision behind every bottle bearing the Charles Heidsieck name.
The evening will take you through a curated flight of Charles Heidsieck expressions — exploring the philosophy of the house, the art of non-vintage blending, and what makes their vintage cellar reserves among the most sought-after in all of Champagne. Stephen will guide each pour with the kind of candor and depth that only comes from someone who has lived and breathed this world at the highest level.
