Aerocore Aramid — what's that exactly?
Aramid fibre is the same material family as Kevlar (used in body armour). Aerocore is Spigen's woven aramid composite — stronger by weight than steel, lightweight, and visually distinctive (the carbon-weave look). The Enzo's premium tier in the Spigen line.
How does it compare to Pitaka aramid cases?
Both use real aramid fibre — Pitaka focuses on ultra-thin minimalism (skin-thin); Spigen's Enzo emphasises structured drop protection with the diamond-cut hardware accents. Pick Pitaka for the slimmest aramid; Enzo for aramid with more case-style protection and metal hardware aesthetics.
Is the suede lining sustainable / removable?
The suede is bonded to the case interior — not removable. Provides a non-marring surface against the iPhone's glass back; prevents micro-scratches that hard plastic linings can cause during install/uninstall cycles.
Will MagSafe still work?
Yes — aramid fibre doesn't block magnetic fields. The MagFit ring is built into the case with proper alignment for MagSafe wallets, chargers, and mounts.

The stealership wanted $60 in my area to change this out. Just look up online how easy it is to do it yourself. Can easily be handled in a minute. The only real thing to note is that it took almost a full gas tank for the car's computer to re-learn how to idle smoothly again. Of course, this is because it learns to compensate for the old dirty filter. So it has to get used to the new/fresh one. Overall, the look and feel of this product is great. Very similar to OEM. After the idle smoothed out it's virtually identical in performance. Would recommend to anyone.
