The 2021 Sauvignon Blanc is showcases the characteristics that have made Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc famous the world over. It is clearly fruity and herbaceous and wonderfully fresh with a hint of spice. The palate is richer than most as the fruit was very ripe, so it is a full-bodied version which has enormous drinkability!

2 x Man O' War Estate Waiheke Island Blend 2019
The Island Blend 2019 is brooding on the nose with blackberry, bramble, black tea and a touch of Provence herbs. The palate is medium bodied with red berry fruits, a touch of black olive and graphite on the finish with a light hint of oak and pepper spice on the finish. The 2019 Island Blend is a well structured wine and a wine to enjoy fresh in its youth as well as a wine worth ageing.

2 x Man O' War Estate Waiheke Island Chardonnay 2019
The 2019 Estate Chardonnay has an abundance of aromas from meyer lemon, green apple, and quince to yellow plum and nectarine. There are subtle notes of brioche and toasted almond. The palate is rich yet incredibly focussed with a length of acidity running through the entire palate structure, slicing through the weight and concentration and complementing the natural fruit tannin. This is an epic wine.
Food Pairing: Beautiful with fine rich fish such as turbot, grilled veal chops with mushrooms, late summer vegetables such as red peppers, corn, butternut squash and pumpkin.
