Biology 101 provides more than 4 1/2 hours of video-based education on 4 DVDs. It provides a coherent and easy-to-understand overview of biology from a Biblical perspective. This course is packed with accurate and fascinating information, supported by thousands of captivating visuals and graphics. This exciting course, designed for ages 15 years old* and up, presents the study of biology following the actual creation days revealed in the book of Genesis. Taking God's word as the starting point, the course divides all life according to the days of creation.

Biology 101 is hosted by Wes Olson, a Multnomah School of the Bible (now Multnomah University) graduate, homeschooling father, a veteran filmmaker with over 30 years of experience, and producer of the 101 series.

This course guides you through the world of biological science, unraveling and decoding complex terms and ideas. The nine individual segments provide a thoroughly Biblical framework and have a run-time between 30-45 minutes each.

An interesting and fact-filled 114-page Guidebook, with quizzes covering each segment, is included as a printable (digital PDF) on disc D. Each Guidebook segment includes a multiple-choice quiz and discussion questions, allowing the student to easily review all the information covered throughout the course.

Additionally, the course includes a one-year high school Course Accreditation Program, making it a great option for families looking for a year-long science course.
