The 5MP Cube Camera from ACTi utilizes a 2.8mm fixed lens for a 92.6° horizontal field of view, providing a wide coverage area. With a 1/3.2" progressive-scan CMOS sensor, the camera features a maximum resolution of 2592 x 1944 at 15 fps. Wide dynamic range, white balance, auto gain control, and digital noise reduction features enable you to capture clear images in ambient lighting. The camera uses both H.264 and MJPEG formatting for maximizing your storage and bandwidth, and a microSD slot allows for on-site recording with edge storage. Additionally, a built-in microphone and a 3.5mm jack output offer 2-way audio capability.
You can program the camera to trigger an alarm when motion is detected in up to three programmable zones within your field of view. Once an alarm is triggered, the camera will send you an email with a snapshot of the situation or save a video of the incident to your local storage. Furthermore, there are four configurable privacy zones, allowing you to customize your field of view. The RJ45 Ethernet connection uses PoE technology for a simple installation, and the camera can be wall or ceiling mounted for multiple setup options. ONVIF compliance enables compatibility with a wide range of surveillance devices, allowing you to connect the camera to an NVR for additional storage and management features.
