Ingredients:
- 1 whole Frozen Pomfret, thawed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Rinse the thawed Pomfret under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the marinade all over the Pomfret, making sure to coat both sides.
- Place the Pomfret on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Turn the fish gently to avoid breaking it.
- Once cooked, remove the Pomfret from the grill and transfer it to a serving plate.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
