Constructed from marine-grade 316 stainless steel, it features a reinforced wear tab and a drain hole to prevent corrosion and freeze-up. This guard can be installed on a new or damaged skeg, provided at least two inches of the original skeg remains for a secure mount.

5. Tighten Hardware: Thread the lock nuts onto the bolts and tighten them evenly and securely using the included hex key. Do not overtighten, but ensure there is no movement.
6. Final Inspection: Wiggle the guard to confirm it is rigidly attached. The installation is complete.
