Use: Enjoy as a simple tea, or use to make a delicious, nourishing syrup that can be enjoyed by the spoonful during the cooler months or used to top breakfasts or desserts.

To Make Tea: 1 Tbsp to 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil, simmer 10-15 min. Or use to make a syrup. Add berries to teas, jams, pies, and other baking. Popular as a wine.
