Heirloom Finishing - Our medium size grain and most popular size. Perfect for adding crunch and flavor after cooking or baking. We love this grain on steaks, cookies, brownies, and more!

Cooking/Popcorn - Our smallest grain, great to use while cooking for its dissolving abilities. We also call this our popcorn salt because it clings to popcorn amazingly! 

Grinding Salt - Our largest grain, get this to refill your grinder!

Ramp Finishing Salt - Our most popular flavor, made with locally harvested ramps foraged in the hills of West Virginia. We hand process and incorporate these ramps right here on our farm for maximum flavor!

Applewood Smoked Finishing - Slowly smoked here on the farm using locally sourced applewood for a sweet smoky flavor. 

Bourbon Barrel Smoked Salt - Slowly smoked here on the farm using bourbon barrels from Smooth Ambler. 

Ghost Pepper Finishing Salt - Add a little heat to any dish using our tasty Ghost Pepper Finishing Salt! Amazing on meats, in soups, and even on sweet foods like watermelon. 

Mushroom & Herb Salt - One of our most popular flavors, we love this blend in meats, on pizza, in soups, and on veggies! 

Bloody Mary Salt - A favorite of ours here on the farm, this salt is made with our cooking salt that is slowly smoked with applewood. Also contains celery seed, dried chili peppers, and roasted garlic. This blend isn't spicy, but rather sweet and smoky. We love this on the rim of a Bloody Mary, but its also fantastic on chicken, eggs, soups, veggies... pretty much anything!
